Greg Myer, LMHC

Greg is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and military veteran that utilizes a strengths based and trauma informed approach to help clients achieve their goals and overcome barriers. Greg uses mindfulness techniques and helps clients explore realistic solutions to manage and cope with current and past trauma, stress, anxiety, and grief. Clients should learn from the first session that they can make positive changes in their life or circumstances if they choose to do so, and Greg can help them to find realistic and meaningful tools to accomplish their goals.

Greg works with diverse populations including veterans and first responders. Greg works with adults with PTSD, men’s issues, trauma, grief, relationship issues, anger management, depression, anxiety and more. Greg utilizes the modalities Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Mindfulness- Based Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy.
