Mentoring

Melanie has many years of experience providing supervision and mentoring to clinicians at various stages in their careers.  This became one of Melanie’s greatest passions, ultimately leading to her own mentoring of clinicians. Melanie knows, firsthand, the challenges clinicians face with internships, clinical hours, jobs, promotions, and career changes as well as building a private practice. All requiring many crucial steps and important decisions along the way. Melanie spent years working for non profit agencies, government contracts, the school board and other community entities prior to starting her busy practice. These experiences have allowed Melanie’s mentoring service to provide valuable support to clinicians in various settings and career goals.
